Dave and his crew just did a great job installing a solid roof on my patio cover. Translucent polycarbonate panels let us enjoy the outside even more. Been wanting to do this for years. They reinforced the entire patio cover with extra bracing, replaced any damaged wood and painted the whole thing. Work crew was professional, friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest but the best value/work for the money. Highly recommended!

Dave Fraser removed several levels of old wooden steps and small walls and replaced them with Azek materials at my home several years ago and did a fantastic job. The deck appeared to be in pretty good condition, but we decided to have Fraser come and inspect the deck and make recommendations before we had the general home inspection. I could not be more pleased with our decision. Dave, our inspector, was super nice. professional, and personable! He spent an extensive amount of time examining every square inch above and below the deck. Once he completed the inspection, he took the time to point out areas in need of repair or replacement, should we decide to repair vs. replace the deck. In addition, Dave gave us an extremely competitive quote on the cost of replacing the deck with several options for decking materials, railings, etc. The information Dave provided was invaluable in helping us decide between moving forward with negotiations or walking away.

We had a unique wooden deck that really reached the end of its life without major replacement and wanted to go synthetic. The geometry of the yard, house and the deck called for a curved set of stairs/deck edge and included a hot tub to be supported. We went through 3 other companies for estimates and they either didn't want to bid, or the one that did backed out at the last minute due to lack of confidence when I pressed them on how they were going to fabricate the curved portion of the synthetic deck. Enter Dave Fraser - absolutely professional with a can-do attitude, and clearly had wealth of experience that gave me confidence in the project.His team was super - on time every day, diligent, and extremely communicative. The lead, Tao, was awesome, coming in every day with an impossibly positive attitude and taking the time to explain everything they were doing and why. I had 2 other major projects ongoing at the house, and the deck team gave me ZERO concerns the entire length of the project. I have overseen multimillion dollar projects and have never been able to say that I looked forward to a daily discussion and cup of coffee with a contracting team as much as I did with these guys.They remained on budget and timeline. We had a good rain for a day, and the team waited in their cars for it to subside, and when it didn't, Tao asked permission to come in on Saturday so they can remain on schedule. Not sure how many companies have that kind of dedication throughout the organization. Dave personally stopped by to monitor progress and offer time for any questions (none needed). Instead of requiring the hot tub to be moved clear of the deck, Tao creatively developed a plan to shift it between completed portions of the deck to minimize cost and effort. The end result was superb- the deck was completed on time(when we really needed it for an event), within code, and was far better than I could have imagined with the improvements recommended by Dave and Tao (LED lights, color contrasts in the deck boards and rails, and extension of the railing that gave us about 20sqft extra space for our grill). We are absolutely thrilled with the deck, and still remark what a nice job it is when we are out on it. The team took pride in their craftsmanship, and I would give Fraser Decks 10 stars if the rating allowed it.
