The installers were great They were polite , knowledgeable of projects needs . My exterior walls look great and I feel confident in the quality of the work that was done . Siding Repair:I called this company from finding it on Google. How truly lucky I was!!! The people at this company still care and treat people with kindness and respect. I would give WAY MORE STARS if it allowed.I don't always put a lot of stock in reviews but I have to put this out there. I had Kelby come to check a piece of siding that came loose. He was so beyond helpful and professional, but still personable. I can't honestly say enough good things about him. He was patient and quick and was just amazing!!!I would 1000% recommend him specifically and this company overall to have and support employees like this is fanaminol...way to go Midwest Exteriors MN...running a business with professionalism and heart and done right!!!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Christian at Midwest Building Exteriors. From start to finish, communication was exceptional. He was always proactive, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or concerns.What really set him apart was the support he provided in working with our insurance company. He helped guide us through the claims process, communicated with the adjusters, and made what can often be a stressful and confusing experience much easier to navigate. We had dealt with insurance claims and adjusters in the past, and this experience was far smoother thanks to his expertise and hands-on approach.One thing we especially appreciated was his flexibility and willingness to accommodate the insurance company's constant schedule changes. When adjusters made last-minute changes, canceled appointments, or simply didn't show up as expected, he always managed to adjust his schedule and be available when needed. That level of commitment and customer service made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.The quality of the work was excellent, and we truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and dedication throughout the entire project. Midwest Exteriors has been great to work with. They have been amazing at helping us obtain additional payments from our insurance company for storm damage repairs that we needed on our home and another property that we own. Jason is amazing at being knowlegable of the insurance industry and was a true professional. He even contacted the city we live in to check on State Building Codes to help gain additional coverage. We recently decided to move ahead with residing an older garage with LP smart siding and the facia for the building. They did a fantastic job of placing the siding and it was a great match for the color our home had recently been painted. I would highly recommend them for their integrity and fallow through to get things completed before we encountered snow and colder weather. We would definitely consider using this company again when we need home repairs.

We had Midwest Exteriors put on a roof and they will be doing gutters next week. I can't say enough good things about the workmanship and how the process went.Joe presented several different options and was great at suggesting ways to save money. He got the bid to me right away and they ended up being able to start sooner than expected.The roof on the house and the shed look great and they added some flashing on a bend in the shed roof that should help it last longer.One of the best things is that when I saw our place after they were finished, they had cleaned up so well that I wouldn't have known they were even there--except for the new roof.I'd use Midwest Exteriors MN again in a heartbeat!

Midwest Exteriors did our roof in the summer of 2021. Just last week we had a piece of our facia blow off in the storms that came through and our first call was to Midwest Exteriors. Drew came out and looked at it within a couple of days and Kelby came out and fixed it that same day for us. They do amazing work, their sales representatives are so helpful and listen to what we wanted, and every time we call the office people are also amazing. Nice to have a local company that we can count on for all of our home exterior needs.

Regardless of the great exterior work they perform; they are rude, like to talk behind customer's backs and even their own employees are targeted by upper management in degrading/insulting ways. This company's management team needs extreme work on their character and needs to work on the way they treat people. I would rather pay someone else to do work on my home who offers positive energy than a company who taints my home with their negativity.
