I visited Warehouse 7 expecting a quick stop but ended up having the most wonderful experience. Julia, the owner, is an absolute gem—so welcoming, kind, and patient. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and such a sweetheart. As a beginner, I was honestly so anxious since I’m still a baby in this candle making journey. But she made me feel completely at ease, explained the candle-making process, and even shared tips to help me improve. She made me feel so welcomed and I’m so grateful for her hospitality despite me being a newbie.Also I’d like to mention the employee Rezel, who is the epitome of great customer service. She went up and above to assist me. Even despite me sending multiple WhatsApp inquiries and phone calls, she answered every single one of it. And also, she was patiently helping me test every fragrance and helped me pick the best one.Not only the hospitality is great here, but so are the products. If you are looking for high quality candle making products, this is definitely the place. And their fragrance collection is soooo good. Honestly I struggled to pick one because of how good everything is. It’s the most luxurious fragrances I’ve encountered in a while.Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This place is so much more deserving. What expected to be a 5 minutes trip ended up becoming 2 hours and I walked away not just with supplies, but with knowledge and a truly memorable experience.

In my experience Warehouse 7 is truly an expert supplier from where i have sourced the best oils for candles to date. i have only tried the candle fragrance oils. The staff were very knowledgeable on their products, prompt and professional. Most importantly, they had foresight and a long term relationship in mind when dealing with me, they let me sample oils comfortably and handled my order exceptionally well. The oils have real depth, each note is present and each blend is so unique that the scents don't require mixing. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is truly superior. I spoke with the owner Julia directly today- the exchange was so natural i am really looking forward to meeting with her and visiting thr factory.
