Great service, really helped us out...Called on a Friday due to our electric shower breaking at the same time our central heating thermostat decided to play up.Christian advised me to first speak with shower manafacturer in case they were able to advise a bit more on the fault.but they were useless, so we decided a replacement was the best option got back in touch to ask if he could fit a like for like replacement which he confirmed he could do on the same day as replacing the thermostat. Christian was happy ro give us quotes for both a manual and a Hive thermostat system and I was able to book an appointment for the following Wednesday opting for the Hive.He answered any questions I had promptly and professionally and turned up at 1pm as agreed. Completed the work by 4.30, this included giving me a run through of how the thermostat works. I had a great experience having Christian here to do some plumbing work in my kitchen, and will be booking him again and recommending him to friends.The job wasn't the most straightforward - a previous plumber had fitted a new water softener, and after this I'd got a much lower flow rate of water in my bathroom upstairs than in the kitchen. The previous plumber had blamed water pressure, even though it had been fine before.Christian had been prompt to reply via WhatsApp, and hadn't been put off by fixing someone else's work. He arrived at the time arranged, and set to work figuring out the details and fixing the problem. Now I've got pretty much the same flow rate upstairs and downstairs, and the shower is how I hoped it would be! We had serious circulation problems with our central heating last winter because of the build up of sludge in the radiators and pipework. We decided to ask Christian to do a Magnacleanse on the basis of complimentary reviews and his can-do approach when we spoke. I can’t praise his work enough,: he did a thorough and carefully executed job using the latest equipment at a very fair price. There were a couple of little quirks that were unexpected, but he persevered until he had solved the problems and finally left us only when he was satisfied that everything had been completed properly. Christian was a life saver. Boiler stopped working on a Sunday, rang him up and immediately he talked me through the system and the issue. He came over the next day, solved the issue and got our heating working better than before with a simpler system. We needed some more work done the following week and he also helped us there. The boiler in my late father’s unoccupied house suddenly stopped working, which caused us a lot of stress as we’d already had a burst pipe during the freezing weather. We were let down a number of times by the person our dad used to service the boiler when he was alive, so my sister contacted Christian. Totally opposite to our previous experience, Christian responded straight away and fit us in quickly to his busy schedule. He kept clear communication before we met at the house and arrived early. He is friendly and easy to chat to, and after having a look at the boiler he took the time to explain what he thought the problem was. This was no easy feat, as the electricity had been turned off in the area so he was unable to test it, but having done a couple of bits that he suspected might have caused the problem, he said he’d be happy to stop by soon and check it was working when the power was back on.
