It's taken me a very long time to find a gym where I feel so comfortable and actually have seen results. I get bored when the workouts are the same day after day. Eupraxia truly delivers quality training, and challenging and fun workouts. I also love that I can fit it into my busy week, since the workouts are about 25-40 minutes depending on the day. The community is so amazing that I encouraged my husband to join and now he's hooked too. Over the past 5 months since joining I've lost weight and body fat, built muscle and found a new confidence in myself. The owner and trainers are encouraging and positive. I just can't believe I didn't discover it sooner.

I’ve been a member of Eupraxia-Grafton for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. All the trainers are incredibly friendly and supportive, always willing to offer guidance and encouragement. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the equipment you need to get the daily workout completed. I especially appreciate the variety of classes offered, from high-intensity workouts to kickboxing to station sessions—The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly passionate about helping you reach your goals. I'm looking for a gym to call home so I came here before accepting the "challenge" and weeklong trial being offered .... and wow!! The reviews! What's going on here? No reviews since 2022 then the past few days there have been a ton! What is going on here? Is the class format really silent? Or were people simply too loud? Do the members really go at each other like this in person, or just online? Does the gym owner really call out wayward members for all to hear or was this a fluke?? I'm nervous to set foot in there!! I can be a little on the chatty side! Yikes!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this gym! This is the first gym I’ve ever truly felt like I belonged. The owner, the trainers, the members are like nothing I have ever experienced anywhere else! They are so motivating and supportive no matter what your fitness journey looks like. I’ve been a member at Eupraxia Grafton for 5 YEARS. Meaning, I am a true OG. This gym transformed my life for the better. I first started as depressed college student who was overweight and had no clue where to begin her fitness journey. I knew I HAD TO start, but where? I definitely wasn’t interested in regular gyms. I needed diet, consistency, and workouts with proven results. So, I tried Eupraxia-Grafton, and quickly became a member. Fast forward a few months into working out, I was approached to lead workouts and I did for 4 years- leading 2 classes per week until I moved this past January. There have been reviews on Facebook that do not in any way accurately reflect this gym, its culture, and the conduct of its owner and staff. It’s disappointing to see what appears to be a coordinated attack attempting to slander and defame Eupraxia. Remember, people will say whatever they want to, to paint a picture that they look good in. Mark and the entire Eupraxia family are safe, professional, supportive and respectful. As someone who is a victim of mental, physical, and emotional abuse- they walked me through the most difficult seasons of my LIFE- losing my Mom and leaving an abusive relationship. Let me be crystal clear- Mark at Eupraxia-Grafton is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He deserves all the respect and support during this time! It took me almost 45 years to finally find a gym that I LOVE! The trainers, the members, and the camaraderie is like nothing I have ever experienced. A new workout each day and I don’t have to do anything but show up and they have everything that I need. I never thought I would actually enjoy working! I've been a member of this gym for more than 2 years and it has changed my life! It's the most supportive and positive workout environment I've been to where everyone encourages each other. The owner, Mark, is a phenomenal trainer and makes the place fun, inviting and challenging! The gym has a community feel of friends and family and I am so happy to be part of it. 5-6 times a week I am there getting healthier amongst an awesome group of members and trainers, and while it's hard work, I truly enjoy it! It's the best!

This is a gym that is truly free of judgement. The clientele base is extremely motivating and fun to be around. Everyone is out to improve their lives in their own way and understands that their goals may not be yours. The music isn’t bad either.

Been a member at this gym for a couple years. The classes are diverse and entertaining, the instructors always push you to do your best and provide alternate exercises where appropriate for fitness level and experience. I've never been able to consistently exercise for more than a couple weeks before this in my life, and im still consistently here multiple times a week. Highly recommend to anyone of any fitness/experience level.

Thank you Eupraxia. You are now part of my daily routine. I didn't know what I needed in a gym, however, I found it at Eupraxia. Thankfully my very persistent friend convinced me to start. NO REGRETS. ONLY GRATITUDE. When I first started the workouts were pretty tough and I was sore. I noticed my body and endurance change in the first 3 weeks and that kept me motivated. Fast forward 6 months I'm much stronger, happier and have more energy. The staff is very kind and so are the other members. I can't say enough praise about the owner, Mark. He always encourages us and takes excellent care of the gym. Classes are ever changing but simple enough to follow (even as a new member). And it is all classes, you just show up and the direction is prepared for you. It is the only gym you'll ever need :)
