I can’t speak to the quality of their cleaning because I never made it past the initial consultation. They scheduled a call with me for 11:15 on Tuesday and never called. A few hours later, they apologized and asked to reschedule for the same time the next day, which was fine. I agreed, but they missed that call too and didn’t send any kind of update or follow-up.I understand being busy, but missing two scheduled calls without letting me know not only wasted my time but didn’t make me feel like earning my business was a priority. Either way, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. They really need a better system for managing inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
