Extremely rapid response by Chris for an estimate, guidance and scheduling of the wood floor installation for 3 bedrooms. They accommodated my schedule. The wood was delivered with sufficient time to acclimate before installation. The Installation team was amazing; working in total coordination to eliminate wasted time. They were also kind & polite with me and very respectful of my property. I highly recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish. Scheduled an appointment and they came for a consultation the same day. Clear and up front pricing the same evening with my quote. They held the carpet for a couple weeks until we were ready to have it installed. And the crew that installed were great and even fixed previous issues from the old floor. Cannot recommend them enough if you want new carpet

They were so kind and if there was a ten star I would write a 10 Star because no matter what the understood and our floors came out amazing to the point where every single time we got company over do we would get compliments on our floors we are so happy that this company could help us because they have made this flooring the best we've ever had. We are so happy that we partnered with them and we cannot be more grateful also because they were very easy-going and easy to work with I had Patrick Ferries tell me the flooring and it was so nice he was so polite and kind generous and funny.

I can not speak highly enough about Chris, Sal, and his crew. We had tight timelines working with two separate houses and they absolutely delivered.Chris came to each house and knew exactly what our desires were. It was refreshing that he did not put on the salesman routine and try to upsell us on anything or push us one direction of the other. He simply gave us options that were within our desires, provided the information we requested and let us make an informed decision. They were available at all times and responded to every inquiry we made with our rapidly changing scenario. Prices were very reasonable and everything came as expected.Sal and his crew that did the install were very nice, experts at their craft, and their attention to detail to ensure the job was done right was very much appreciated. They turned our goals into reality. They treated each job as if it was their own house.Overall this was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
