I contacted them to get a quote for linoleum in my carpeted finished basement. Chris arrived later that day. He pointed out the lady who lived here before me had installed very high quality carpet with a special sort vapor barrier, that it wouldn’t be difficult to replace carpet with linoleum, he gave me a very reasonable quote.Chris was honest enough to advise me to reconsider and have my carpet cleaned thoroughly by a professional. He even gave me a referral to someone who would do the job right at a reasonable price!You know you’re dealing with a reputable company when they tell you to reconsider making a decision you might regret.
