Taking as long as I did to write a review is a disservice for Ms Nicole and RSJ Consulting Group. By far, hands down the best Tax services with the most professional group around!! They were able to exhaust the maximum refund by completing our family and business taxes two years straight.There was also an issue with an out of state tax form that the previous tax service failed to fix and address. Ms Nicole handled it like a boss with no issues to follow. We do not plan to ever use another tax service as long as RSJ Consulting Group is around!

I would definitely recommend Ms. Nicole to all my friends!!! She was so patient by walking me thru every step that we had to make in order to get my return correct cause with trump and the way that the W2 were being filed it screwed a bunch of us up and when other places wanted to just take my whole return for processing fees cause that's about all I was going to get back, Nicole was there like a knight in shining armor and helped to refile my W2 the correct way and got me the return I worked for. And any questions I had even after filing she never hesitated to respond to me in a timely manner and go over whatever I didn't understand or was confused about. I really enjoyed working with Nicole and can't wait till this year to file with her again
