Worked with Jim at Snooze and it was a wonderful experience! Not only my wife and I got to test out the pressure machine but Jim knew everything about the mattress’s! They also did Same day delivery for no extra cost! They bring everything to your house and will set it up for you!

Exceptional customer service! I have chronic pain and wasn't sure what mattress would work best for me. John and Jim were super patient in listening to my needs and giving me options designed for my sleeping posture within my price range. They also delivered the mattress the same day (even though I came into the store pretty late in the afternoon) which helped immensely with my moving schedule. So grateful to have been able to work with a local company where there is so much more trust and transparency than an online retailer. Thank you guys so much!!!
