The salesman Thomas was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about All The mattresses! He also was very patient letting us take our time as we tried out the several we were interested in. We settled on an incredibly comfortable pillow top Snooze mattress. It took two weeks for delivery. Mattress was delivered by two quick and efficient and again patient Professionals setting it up as requested. Unfortunately, I have them set it up to hide from the floor. I called Back the next day, And the actual owner of the store, Bob came after hours and reset the height of the bed. The Service of All involved with this company was flawless And we highly recommend that as well as the product.

Our family purchased a king sized mattress almost a month ago. The process of purchasing the mattress was as smooth a process as anyone would hope it would be. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best choice for us. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. We were given time to move thru the selections provided to us. I stopped in with my brother to buy a new mattress after our basement had flooded. I've never bought a new mattress before so I was a bit hesitant. Jim was the one who we met, and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. The first thing we did was do the sleep diagnostic which is this bed that pin points your pressure areas when you lay down, and we discussed sleep habits. From there he was super helpful in showing me all kinds of mattresses that would be the most comfortable. He showed us all price ranges and I didn't feel pressured to buy and he didn't try to upsell to anything I didn't want. Im going to recommend this place to my family and friends, I know my mother will be needing a new mattress soon as well and I know he'd take just as good care of her as he did me.

I purchased a mattress around a year ago and the process went well. When the mattress was delivered I choose not to have them take my existing mattress. I called them the other day to find out ways to get rid of that mattress. Cory was extremely helpful. He looked into options for disposing of it even though it was over a year ago. He really went out of his way to help me out. I highly recommend them because this kind of customer service is rare these day.
