Highly recommend First Light! A Therma Tru Smooth Star door and a Larson High View Screen-Away storm door were ordered by them, and the entire experience was excellent. The ordering process was seamless, and both doors are incredibly high quality, sturdy, and look fantastic. First Light coordinated the installation using a subcontractor, and the crew did a flawless job. They were punctual, highly professional, and meticulous with the installation and cleanup. I was very happy with the final result.

We had a cracked awning window over our kitchen sink, and Reed was more than willing to work with us on replacing just the one window - we found other companies unwilling to even quote us for the project without adding more work. He came out, looked at the window and frame, explained the best course of action, and explained what type of window he'd recommend and why, with options to consider higher or lower-end windows as well. We went with his recommendation, and when the window came in, he and his crew were out at our property bright and early on a Saturday morning to get the work done! They were even willing to take extra care to secure our cat as we were not at home during the repair. The new window looks great, functions beautifully, and will last us for many many years to come. Reed is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and fair, and I would recomend him to anyone!

Had a broken window and requested a quote, and Reed told us the best route and course of action to replace our window even though his services weren’t needed from us and he had nothing to gain. He took the time out of his day to provide help to others.
