Couldn’t have asked for a better guy. All the paperwork was handled before any work started. I went with his recommendation, and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. He arrived on time with Rob, the other technician, fully equipped, missed nothing, and got everything done quickly and neatly. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor. Would I recommend him? Chris installed my new side mount opener and did an excellent job. He’s a detailed and hard worker. A year ago, Chris replaced a broken spring on the same door. When my 30+ year old opener track failed, Chris was there to help. Thanks again!!

Called Z&Z for something completely unrelated to their work (some marketing advice) and they were incredibly receptive and helpful. You can tell a lot about someones work ethic by how they treat people that aren't customers. So, even though I didn't need their services, I would recommend them on the basis of simply being good people.

Chris was AMAZING. I had a door emergency & he shuffled things around to get to me the same day! He faced some challenges with getting parts over the holiday, but kept in constant communications & when the parts were available, he came out immediately and WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to get the new opener installed. I would not hesitate to recommend him. When the day comes my 2nd door opener needs replacing, he will be my one & only call.
