I’ve placed many custom sticker orders over the years, but there’s never been any incentive or discount for repeat business—even though their pricing is higher than competitors. I continued ordering because I liked the brand and features like the split backs.Recently, I’ve had issues with sticker sizing not matching what was expected due to artwork proportions. While I understand that can happen, there’s no proactive communication to warn customers their stickers may arrive smaller than anticipated.My last order was especially frustrating. I spent several days confirming with a rep that my stickers would be at least 3" wide. I agreed to a high price based on that requirement. When the proof came through, the design was nearly an inch smaller—despite the rep noting production was aware it needed to be 3" wide.When I pointed this out, I was told correcting it would cost an additional $53—a 64% INCREASE from the original quote! The only option offered was to cancel and refund, which now puts me behind schedule.This was a disappointing experience, especially as a repeat customer. The rep overlooked key details, and raising the price 64% from the original quote showed poor service and lack of integrity. After multiple issues and inconsistent support, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and recommend others do the same.
