I called to have the weather strip replaced at the bottom of my 16' garage door. The techs were polite and personable. I was disappointed that they used a generic weather strip which they wrapped around the existing strip. I thought they were going to slide the old one out and replace it with a new one.I also was a bit put off by their putting 3 stickers for their business on 1) the inside of the garage door 2) the garage door closer and 3) above the wall switches for the doors in the entryway to my house (this one was the worst, the stickers are fluorescent and may require me to repaint the wall in the entryway if I can't remove it cleanly. I'm pretty sure if I wanted to call them again for service, I could have found any one of those stickers and certainly don't need 3.

I never leave online reviews, but I can’t say enough about Access Garage Doors. I thought I was going to have to replace panels on my door, but they were able to repair it, quickly and efficiently. They also went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Alicia, who scheduled my appointment, was incredibly helpful, and the technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional. When they were finished, they even tiptoed in and whispered to me because they knew my father was on the phone with his doctor. When it’s time to replace my door, I will definitely be calling Access.
