The team was able to quickly provide me with clear alternatives (fix vs. replace), accurate quotes, very reasonable timelines, a great price, and timely, quality service without any sales pushiness - truly just a solution to a problem on my timeline using my preferred communication style, at a price that was very very fair. If all other small businesses operated this way, they would be far far more successful.

Access Garage Doors arrived on time and performed maintenance and repairs efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell unnecessary add-ons which has been an issue with other companies. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. When I first called, I immediately noticed there was strong communication and they were very receptive to me as I explained the issue. Genuine communication skills seem to be incredibly rare amongst most businesses anymore and they put me at ease with simply communicating and being professional. They scheduled me quickly (within 2 days) and when they came out, they had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. It was a pretty straightforward fix, they checked over the rest of the door, and were on their way. It was a great interaction and experience (and I have high expectations), and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely return to them for any future needs or issues.
