Excellent service from start to finish. When I first called, I immediately noticed there was strong communication and they were very receptive to me as I explained the issue. Genuine communication skills seem to be incredibly rare amongst most businesses anymore and they put me at ease with simply communicating and being professional. They scheduled me quickly (within 2 days) and when they came out, they had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. It was a pretty straightforward fix, they checked over the rest of the door, and were on their way. It was a great interaction and experience (and I have high expectations), and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely return to them for any future needs or issues.

I called the office about 15 minutes before they closed to get help with my two garage door openers. The lady that took the call and spent about 20 minutes going through my issues to make sure when they did make a service, they could help me. They arrived the NEXT DAY AT 10AM and had fixed everything by 10:45 WOW!!They are great!! You don’t get better than that

These folks were an absolute lifesaver!! I accidentally backed into my garage door and the quotes I got for replacing it were so high I was shocked. We replaced a standard garage door with an automatic system in our previous home in SF California a few years ago, including the motor, remote, etc and it was less than the quotes I got in Tucson just for the door. Needless to say I started looking around for something affordable and lucky for me, I found Access. They came out right away, were super easy to work with, did a great job and literally saved me hundreds of dollars.
