Had a trailer available when I needed it, Got home found out there was no remote for the winch. Discussed a few options. I ended up going to Lincoln to grab a remote loaded the vehicle took it to the shop drop the trailer off. He reimburse me for the remote. Really great customer service from him! Would definitely recommend if you need any kind of a trailer and you’re around the Lincoln area or further out like I was. Willing to do whatever was needed to meet the customers needs. A+ all the way highly recommend Sebastian
