The Fresh Cleaning Solutions carpet cleaning technician called in advance and arrived during the scheduled window. He was polite and professional, and went back over stubborn spots for me. While their rate was higher than I wanted to pay, they were lower than a couple of other companies I tried and added in a couple of small bathroom area rugs for a very reasonable extra charge. Would definitely use them again.

It all started with a dryer that wouldn’t heat, I had no idea the cause could be from dryer vents full of lent, dust and debris. All of which pose a fire hazard. Glad I called. I received excellent service from start to finish. They explained the whole process, even showing before and after photos. I had the entire house done. Price was reasonable. I have already referred them to friends and family.
