Fresh Cleaning Solutions exceeded my expectations. I originally thought I needed my air ducts cleaned and my HVAC system sterilized because another company had recommended those services. However, when Fresh Cleaning Solutions came out, they inspected everything honestly and explained that neither service was necessary at this time.Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work, they took the time to educate me on what to look for and how to recognize when air-duct cleaning or HVAC sterilization may actually be needed. Their honesty saved me about $400, which says a lot about their character and integrity. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very articulate in explaining their services. It was clear that they care more about doing what is right for the customer than simply making a sale. I truly appreciate their transparency and would confidently recommend Fresh Cleaning Solutions to my family, friends, and anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy HVAC and air-duct company.
