I’d give them zero stars if possible. I will never use this company solely based on the fact that I get spam texts from them every week asking to buy my property (that isn’t for sale). I “delete and report as junk” and block their number every time and they end up messaging me from a different number. Never trust a company that spends so much effort phishing.

Just closed on a house with Blake, and I’ve got to say he really went above and beyond on this one. I’d been searching for the right property for a while (and I’ll admit, I’m a bit picky), but Blake never gave up on me. He worked out a deal directly with a FSBO seller and managed to create a true win-win for both sides. Given the seller’s unique situation, Blake handled everything with professionalism and care. He kept me updated every step of the way, got me the information I needed before I even asked, and always came prepared with clear options to move forward. Blake Hale: Accommodating, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Kind, Industrious, dedicated, and generous with his time. We first met Blake in October 2023 while we were about to drive thru Athens, Al. We were trolling Zillow in search of a home and found one that piqued our interest. We pinged Zillow and within minutes, we received a call from Blake; within an hour, we were touring the home we asked to view. Over the year, his dedication persevered in trying to find us the home that satisfied our must haves by sending us homes to view online (we live in another state). A year later, we found a home that we were interested in; sent Blake an email and within hours, he had scheduled a viewing for the home we requested, and four additional homes, one of which was perfect for us. He has a car wrapped with his face and information- almost ran my friend and I into the concrete divider on the interstate headed to Huntsville on Tuesday. Didn’t bother to apologize- just sped up and drove off! Probably shouldn’t drive so recklessly if you have your face and business on your car.
