This is the second time I have enlisted Appliance Genius' help with a refrigerator issue and they did a great job yet again. It was the same tech that came last time, Tristan, and he was incredibly personal while delivering amazing service. He also educated me a bit on my refrigerator should I need to do some future maintenance myself.

I used Appliance Genius for a Speed Queen dryer warranty repair. Never used them before but I am very happy. I cannot recall the initial technician's name but he was very courteous and communicative during his troubleshooting. Motor short resulted in him ordering a new motor, and today a different tech named Tristan came out to replace the motor. Tristan was exceptional. He called in advance with an ETA, arrived with a smile, was totally prepared with motor and tools, gave me great information and made the repair very quick. He not only did a great job, but he also works like he loves his job. I run a MEP service business and can see excellence in Tristan. Hope he gets recognized for this.Only room for improvement feedback, would be relative to the main office being able to provide more info. Such as part ETA during the waiting period. They always answered the phone and did so very kindly, but they seemed unarmed with information other than schedule information for techs.

Tristan was able to diagnose what was wrong with our hood when no one else could. Seriously we had various people come check it out from other appliance repair men to our electrician. Tristan was super nice and knowledgeable and has restored my faith in humanity. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!

What an excellent experience. I have a Blue Star range that can only be serviced by two companies in Austin. Tristan was awesome and was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Tristan was on time and super helpful in diagnosing that our builder didn't open the drain the drain for the disposal properly, which was leading to standing water in the dishwasher and an error message and aborted cycles. I highly recommend this company - they even let me know when an earlier appointment opened up.

Very knowledgeable tech came to our rescue when a Dacor range/oven door would not open. He replaced a microswitch, checked operation and made other flame adjustments to range top burners! If you have a high end appliance I highly recommend Appliance Genius.

Tristan was incredible. He was pragmatic and took the time to explain what was happening along the way with my range issue. And He went over and above to tighten the handles on my refrigerator doors that had come loose. I felt confident in his ability to access and remedy the issue and his genuineness was refreshing. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Absolutely outstanding service. Tristan came right on time and could not have been a nicer guy. He knew our Bluestar inside and out and was able to diagnose and fix a couple of nagging issues we’d had for a while. He even helped us register the unit so we could get warranty coverage on a part that needed to be replaced. A++++ would recommend to anyone.
