After a bad experience with another broker/agency regarding my Medicare application, I had some hesitation in making an appointment. I have to say that John Freitag is super professional, explained everything in details and is absolutely helpful. I am very happy and relieved to finally found a broker I feel in good hands. He cares, made sure I have everything I need, even made me a video and is getting back immediately when I have questions. John enjoys what he is doing, is very attentive, is listening to your needs and knows the pro and contras of different health care plans. My husband went with me and will definitely sign up his Medicare plan with John.
