Great experience with Just Radon folks in Sept 2024. Everything was straightforward and transparent: from the initial site visit to description of what would need to be installed. There was no hard "up-sell" to go with quieter system, higher quality fan, etc...just the information and options. Great communication with installer, payment options, etc... Highly recommend since we went from regular levels around 9-15 down to 1.5 immediately the day after system was installed. Working great!

Pleased to share my experience with Just Radon. Unlike many reviews, this one is several years after the encapsulation of our entire crawlspace was done. First, the initial process was great! The entire team led by Lawrence performed above and beyond expectations. The many small things that were done out of the individual techs’ kindness amazed us. Lawrence coordinated the electrical installation that had to be done by a grumpy 3rd party electrician and did so with knowledgeable professionalism and grace. Second, upon contacting the company recently, several years after install, I was treated with every courtesy and kindness even before Bernadette or Lawrence knew whether my call was a complaint or something else. It was to only ask a question about a 3rd-party doing some work in the crawlspace. The question was answered immediately, and Lawrence even offered to provide an item of material that would help the process. Every interaction has been professional and yet casually comforting and helpful. This is my experience with the team. JDN

Excellent work from beginning to end. The office responded promptly to all questions. Scheduling was easy. The system was installed cleanly in a few hours. The system fan on the side of my house runs quietly and can't be heard from inside the house. The installer worked efficiently, and surgically removed part of a basement floor, navigated a cramped basement crawlspace, and ran a PVC pipe outside and up to the roof of my house without fail . The electrician's work was also 5 stars. And radon levels in the basement went down to near zero in first week. Much appreciated.

Excellent service. Answered all of our questions and set expectations accurately. They brought our radon levels from over 6 to under 1 with their upgraded system. The cost was very reasonable and the crew was knowledgeable and amazing. They did a full tour and quote for free, and answered all questions over email. We couldn't be more happy with the system its quiet and they tucked it away where we wouldn't see it. The crew worked fast and efficiently, and got us on the schedule quickly. It worked for our large basement. We really appreciated the guarantees they provided before even installing the system. I wouldn't go with any other company in the oregon area, JustRadon has been amazing

I’m super impressed. The install was clean and professional. We are very happy with the results. My digital monitor already shows a drop in radon levels in the space. I highly recommend this company.

These guys did a great job installing our radon mitigation system. Great attention to detail, answered all our pesky questions, came back to make sure everything was working right. It's been almost a year and the system just keeps working. We have our own independent monitor and radon levels have been well below the guarantee values all year long. This was our second project with Just Radon and we'll go direct to them again if we ever need to.
