Couple that with some extra complicated problems in the lines - and you need an experienced professional that can help solve the issue quickly and without breaking the bank.Bill was super responsive, kind (and patient with all my million questions) and provided an excellent solution with a fair price. On the day of the project, he and his partner showed up on time and ready to work.The team was super polite and respectful of our home. They worked throughout the day and returned a few days later to put the finishing touches on some exterior molding. The work looked fantastic, our house was clean (you would have never known they were in and out and in the attic all day) and best of all - we ended the summer in cool comfort.I would HIGHLY recommend Bill and his team for any of your HVAC needs.

Bill did some work with me a year and a half ago. I had him come to do a service and he fixed a problem that I had that he took responsibility for. My unit worked well for a year and a half so his job was good, but it started to struggle and he felt he needed to make it right and he did not charge me for the fix. That kind of integrity is rare now and I trust him with any job.

He showed up to my house after a full day of appointments at 9pm on a Friday. He keeps his word.The entire Thermal Eagle team is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bill, owner of ThermalEagle. To find someone who has both reasonable pricing and the highest of work ethics is rare. He understood my situation and gave me a price that was more than reasonable for a new mini split system with four heat exchange units. He was punctual, efficient, professional, and very personable. And his work ethic and honesty are top notch. He even went out of his way to help me with a water leak under my house that had stumped me. Even though this was not at all part of the contract, we worked under the house in the crawl space late into the night so that I would have water the next day. Bill is a can-do guy. A rare gem of a person. If other trades persons were half as dedicated as he is, life would be much easier. If you're looking for the best HVAC guy, look no further. He's your man.
