Mario and his team were wonderful and transparent from the start! They recommended credit repair and referred us to a very reliable company. Once credit was repaired, we were ready to go and the loan application and uploading of documents were easy! We received an email update and phone every Tuesday regarding where we were in the process of the loan. Everyone was very helpful and very responsive to our needs. We were recommended to Mario & his team from our RE agent & we never looked back. Each member of Triton’s team welcomed me and my wife, sat with us, explained everything in detail, & answered all my questions throughout the process. Biggest service provided was a “checking in” update personal phone call every Tuesday, (but also called more when changes/details needed to be discussed), a follow up weekly email, personal attention with my loan details as things changed, and were patient in waiting when my new job went on hold, and my future became uncertain for a moment. I have been through the home buying experience three times before but this time was different. They helped me understand what I’ve never totally understood before in buying a home.
