I was getting restless and really wanted to improve my overall fitness and get back to a normal life. I was quite skeptical in joining a gym. I came across UPT – a fitness studio for those over 30. Picking up the phone to Jason was one of my better ideas. I went over to meet him, had a chat and explained my situation. He was quick to explain how UPT is not a regular gym, while giving me a tour of the studio. He gave me the confidence to believe I really could improve my fitness levels. I decided to give it a shot and joined the group sessions to keep myself motivated. I have been training with Jason for few months now and find him to be professional, supportive and motivational. Each session is focused, challenging and above all great fun. I am delighted with my results so far. I had no idea I would see and feel the difference in my confidence, strength and fitness in such a short time. I am back to a normal life! His enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism have greatly encouraged me to achieve my goals. I would thoroughly recommend him. Everybody needs a Jay! Less
