I am really enjoying UPT fitness, I have joined about 4 weeks ago. Not only I am having fun but I am getting my fitness back in a nice Friendly environment. You can push yourself as hard or as little as you want which is exactly the kind of setting I was looking for. Jay is friendly and he knows what he is doing. Picking up the phone to Jason was one of my better ideas. I went over to meet him, had a chat and explained my situation. He was quick to explain how UPT is not a regular gym, while giving me a tour of the studio. He gave me the confidence to believe I really could improve my fitness levels. I decided to give it a shot and joined the group sessions to keep myself motivated. I have been training with Jason for few months now and find him to be professional, supportive and motivational.
