I'm not the one to leave a review, however this need to be said. I meet Brian a couple of years ago when he sold me my solar system in 2021. Experience was great never did he once push the system on me. He approach the interaction as someone who was given me information about solar, not SELLING ME! solar. I thought that was that. Fast forward 2024 I get a txt messages from Brian asking if he can come by to review the system, Wow!! Sure I said, in the back of my mind I was thinking is he gonna try to sell me a upgrade! Drew was exceptional in taking care of me. Everything has happened as promised, usually sooner. When unsure of anything I asked he didn't tell me something just to appease me. He let me know he didn't have the answer and directed me to where I could get answers. So many salespeople today tell you something, just to find out later they didn't know what they were talking about. Drew's honesty is comforting. Even when I was unsure about going with them and looking at other companies, he was not pushy. Drew assured me that if I did go with another company he understood; having confidence in my decision was important. A true credit to salesmanship! After installation I was concerned about broken tiles on the roof. I told them that I was getting ready to go away and was concerned because rain was expected. When I got back I checked to identify what had to be changed out, still expecting them to repair the roof, and they already had it completed. Michael Pelat was our a advisor. The initial process was an inhome visit with a pre approval if you need a loan. Very informative and knowledgeable on the product. Process was very simple can cancel at anytime before installation. Freedom Forever is the company who installs the panels, offer a 25 year warranty and does all the paperwork for hoa approval. I was on the fence about going solar when Brian spoke with us about solar energy, but his explanation about the process and what it entails convinced me to go solar that same day. Brian is so organized that he had a presentation about the whole process and laws regarding solar energy, which convinced me to go solar. Enlyten Energy is so easy to work with -- from start to finish Brian was very easy to contact regarding any questions during the process. It's also nice that the financing part was done right then and there and all I had to do was answer a couple questions to find out if I qualified. I was kept in the loop about the entire process -- hoa approval, inspection, etc. He worked with Freedom Forever to install the solar panels, and they were also very easy to contact and provided a website where I could check the status of the solar project. Enlyten Energy did everything they promised. They use Freedom Forever as their installers and they did a very professional job. The panels and inverter are superior products. I read reviews on the Solar Edge Inverter and they solar panels and they were very highly rated. Additional items were included in my package: I received “critter guards” and Nest thermostats and hundreds of dollars worth of LED bulbs for my house. They also offered 3.99 20 year financing. I highly recommend Brian Pena and Enlyten Energy. Less
