Extremely negative experience of working with this company to produce a website that was so bad it's efforts it took more than 12 months to get something that resembled passable. Having paid 50% upfront we had no choice really but to persevere with them.Explained from the outset that we neither had the expertise nor the time to lead the creative process so needed a website designer that could actually design not just do the techy stuff. Promised that they had a great team that could meet all our needs. We also made it clear that we wanted to work with local people that we could talk to not someone that merely acted as a go between with freelancers in India. Told that's not how they work but found out during that this was a lie, it's all freelance on cheap foreign labour with every communication in-between diluting our message.We ended up having to do every word of copy ourselves and direct all aspects of the design including basics like asking that thumbnail pictures simply be consistent in size and ordered in a clearly chronological order to depict the customer journey. There literally was not one part of the website that we did not have to oversee or alter. Have registered a dispute regarding the quality of work and simply having not done what was set out within the contract but received our letter before action today so look forward to seeing Bee The Web in Court and them trying to justify what they've delivered.Want this to be a warning to others. The only thing you'll feel after working with Bee The Web is stung.

As a website designer, a certain level of creativity, technical competence and professionalism is expected — unfortunately, that standard was not met.The final website looked outdated and was poorly optimised for mobile devices. Clear instructions were not properly implemented, communication was inconsistent, and delivery was delayed.Overall, the service fell well below professional expectations, and I would not recommend Bee The Web for web design projects.
