Nex-Gen has been amazing to work with. Since owning my condo I have dealt with multiple property management Companies and none have come close to Nex-Gen, Gabi, and her team. You constantly feel like you’re getting personalized service for any issues that you might have. If there is anything I ever need they go above and beyond! I had a 100% excellent experience with Nex-Gen Real Estate. Gabi and her team were easy to communicate with, and the online rent payment system was simple and hassle-free to use. I was moving from out of state, and they were very understanding throughout the process. I have to say, I was lucky to snag such a great townhouse. Wish all the best to her team!

Gabi and her team were my angels! First time landlord and found Nex-Gen through YouTube. I knew immediately she was good. I love her energy, her knowledge and most of all her professionalism. I also appreciate the fact that she is a one stop shop - Realestate listing, Realestate attorney (witaslaws) and moving. I would use her again and would highly recommend her to my friends and relatives, or anyone who needs help with Realestate matters. She is a real deal!

I have worked with Gabi for 7 years with a rental property that is located in Chicago. Being out of state, Gabi has gone above and beyond to be diligent in getting the unit rented as well as being my advocate. I am not a landlord by any means. I ended up moving out of state. After my initial realtor stopped working in Chicago, I discovered Gabi through a contact when she worked for another agency. When she left to build her own business, I stayed committed to continue working with her and she has never disappointed. She continues to grow in her business and it has been exciting to witness. I highly recommend Gabi to assist you with any of your real estate needs. She is seasoned in her field of expertise, a go getter, personable and very sincere.
