This is my second time using them. The first time was great. This time I felt scammed. Less than a year ago, we had the same car taken to the same location from our home, it was $85 which is very reasonable. Today, we requested for the same exact service and I was quoted once by text and confirmed the price by phone and both people said $100. I asked the guy when he came to the house, how much it would be (my husband is my witness because he was on the phone with me the whole time) and he said as long as it is less 10 miles, it would be between $85-$100. Cool. We get to the shop and the guys says "ok we drove 8.2 miles, that will be $125". I respond and say "but you said as long as it is less than 10 miles it would be between 85 and 100" he was like "yeah it was just a guess for price" I respond "but they told me through text it was only 100" he says "maybe we didn't know until we got the address" I told him I gave both people the addresses and he goes on the try and explain about how other people would charge me almost double. This is shady business and how do I go from $85 (paid in cash) to $125 (paid by card and total was 132 with card fee). The only difference was my husband was there last time so they didn't cheat him, but I get charged an extra $40 when all 3 quotes gave a general consensus of $100. If this is how business will be, I will not return.
