I had the fortune of stumbling across Hiley via a colleague when I was complaining about spending another Saturday trundling around house inspections trying not to get my hopes up, knowing that any I liked would likely go for $50k over asking price and that I’d miss out again. I’d already been looking to buy my first home on the Gold Coast for around 6 months and had put offers in and missed out on around 8 properties; I was well and truly over it. Enter team Hiley, who supported me to have two amazing offers accepted and purchase my first home in a suburb I couldn’t have dreamed of for a great price, within three and a bit weeks of signing on. Nick inspected multiple properties on my behalf, sourced multiple off market properties, provided me with regular updates, and organised private inspections on those that met my brief which we refined over time. The communication and support through the negotiation, contract and due diligence phases was fantastic, with him having contacts for everything I could have needed, as well as during and after the settlement period including for any renovations I may complete in the future. I have felt confident and extremely well supported throughout and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the outcome to date. The fee for a buyers agent has already paid for itself multiple times over in my opinion, you can’t put a price on the time and mental energy saved during the property search as well as the reassurance from someone who knows what they’re doing in the sector and works so closely with you to meet your needs as a buyer at any level of experience. I’ve already passed on the recommendation throughout my workplace and will continue to do so to anyone looking to purchase a home or investment property, I can’t thank Nick and Anna enough for their support throughout. 😊
