We found Jackson to be a very knowledgeable guy. A problem solver who gave us different options for our particular problem. Whilst investigating what was causing our issue identified a couple of small electrical safety issues in our box. He wasn't at all pushy, just gave us the facts and itemized everything. On the day the work was carried out it was all done in a couple of hours. Jackson is very polite and respectful and has great customer service. Definitely a number to keep handy. We highly recommend him.
