Jackson was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Booking an appointment for a safety check was a simple phone call and he communicated his arrival time in advance on the day. He was able to test the power circuits and diagnose the electrical issues smartly. A detailed quote was given breaking down all recommended measures that needed addressing. There was no hard sell to proceed with all aspects of the quote. Even after agreeing to complete some work, he was very accommodating with some unforseen extra work.If you want a professional honest tradie then I give Jackson a glowing recommendation.

We contacted Mr Glow Electrical when a fluoro light in the garage stopped working. We were very happy to speak with the office and were able to get a booking on the same day. Jackson contacted us on the way to let us know he was on the way and he arrived right on time. Jackson was very friendly and gave a quote for the work including a new LED light fitting, which was a great price, and he did the work quickly and efficiently and we were very happy to see the new light working better than the old one. Jackson is very easy to talk to and we got quotes for some other jobs that we need done, and he was able to do the quote before he left, which was a nice surprise. We had an excellent experience using Mr Glow Electrical and would recommend them highly. We will be using his services again in the future.

Posting on behalf of my grandparents:From go to whoa Jackson impressed us, starting with a detailed, transparent & fair quote on the work we needed doing. He arrived on time on the given day & did an outstanding job on what was a complex & time consuming task, afterwards attending to other minor (by comparison) electrical problems we had.  And the check-in call we received the following day to see if everything was working as it should was appreciated.Aside from the outstanding job he did, Jackson was friendly & respectful, we can’t recommend him highly enough & he’ll definitely be our go-to electrician if we need  work done in the future. The Palmers.
