From our very first tasting, we knew KCI was the right caterer for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and Jordan and his team were so friendly and welcoming. KCI exceeded our expectations in every way. They were always willing to accommodate our needs and make sure we were happy with everything. Their communication was exceptional, always responsive, organized, and on top of things. On our wedding day, the food was amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests. The setup the team created was beautiful and exactly what we requested. We truly felt taken care of throughout the entire process and couldn’t have asked for a better team!

KCI has been amazing to work with for our wedding! Choosing a caterer was a tough decision, but they helped us work out every little detail. We did our food tasting yesterday, and the food is incredible. A huge shoutout to Hanna, who we worked with directly. She is incredibly flexible, quick on her feet, and goes out of her way to make sure everything will be perfect for our big day. She made us feel so comfortable. We are very happy with their service!

We really like KCI. Jordan did an amazing job planning, guiding us through the experience, and preparing the tasting event. I also really like that they were able to accommodate some of my vegetarian friends on the spot without needing to pay extra on the contract. Jordan and his team were truly incredible to work with from start to finish! They were so accommodating and worked closely with us to create the perfect wedding menu that fit exactly what we envisioned. We loved working with KCI Hospitality! There was so much food at the reception, and several people told us that it was easily the best food they've had of all the weddings they've been too. We didn't have to worry about a thing - from the taste testing, to the bar service, the fried oreo station, and clean-up - it was all so enjoyable from start to finish. The cocktails were great, and the fried oreos were to die for. Easily would recommend KCI to any bride and groom wanting a personalized dinner menu that doesn't leave guests hungry and finishes off the night well with amazing desserts. Shout out to JT and Jordan for working so passionately leading up to and on our wedding day, they and their staff are amazing.
