Where do we even start with KCI Hospitality & Jordan Weiss?? THANK YOU!!!! A year and a half ago, my now husband and I had the pleasure of scheduling a tasting with the team and we were instantly sold. Not just on the food, which absolutely blew every other tasting out of the water, but on the professionalism, the personal touches, the kindness and care for what they were doing. They took our wedding under their delicious wing, listened and provided every single vision and request we dreamt up and made our wedding the beautiful reality that it was. We are still receiving texts from guests saying “best food EVER.” As we sat up at the sweetheart table, we gawked at the meal we had already tried, but somehow they outdid themselves, even for the masses! In the year leading up to the wedding, the communication between myself and the team remained confidently intact, with check ins and happy confirmation phone calls. The day of, we and the guests felt pampered, as professional staff catered to the chic and elegant black tie affair we created. They matched the vibe of our day so perfectly. The team also cared for our open bar. We chose a spritz and an espresso martini for our signature drinks and i SWEAR they tasted better than plenty of bars we have been to. There’s always this slight expectation that wedding food/drinks will understandably fall below the standard we expect out at a restaurant. But KCI made us believers that that is absolutely not a standard they accept. Not to mention, the bartenders were speedy without sacrificing taste. AND SO KIND!!! Every time I went up there the bartenders had huge smiles, and were screaming congratulations! I felt like a celebrity! That reminds me to say that ALL the staff looked like they genuinely loved their job and were so happy to work for KCI. I was smiling watching a server sing the songs and dance a bit to the DJ while cleaning up plates. It showed so much the environment that Jordan creates within his company, and that is something we were more than excited to give our business too. Oh my gosh I almost forgot, the late night sliders and fries! WHAT! hahaha why was it the yummiest slider, the yummiest seasoned fries all for a fun little “midnight snack”?? Because they give it their ALL at every turn. Up until the very end, they don’t play!! Lastly (I could go on for an eternity but I think i’m making my point) I had rented dishes from a rental company in Dallas and on his way out, Jordan found me for a quick goodbye and mentioned that he already had our plates loaded in the truck and that he was happy to return them himself to the rental company so we didn’t have to. I said what?? absolutely not! He said don’t even fight me on this i’m doing it for you! I was floored. Just when I thought they couldn’t be any more kind and caring. Wow just wow. They show up, they execute, they blow people away, and they made us feel like family. We will remember their care for the rest of our lives!!!!!!!! They don’t just play in the wedding game, they’ve made a new one!!!

KCI was the best wedding vendor! Wedding planning can be overwhelming but this was one thing that I didn’t have to worry about!Jordan and Hannah were amazing and so helpful! Very kind and patient to answer all questions or concerns.The food was amazing at the food tasting and even better at the wedding!

We booked KCI for our March 2026 wedding and I will just say, we were BLOWN AWAY with everything they did for us! Prior to the wedding, we had a tasting where we not only tried the food, but got to know Jordan and the chef. They were so easy to talk to and coordinate with up to the day of the wedding, I always felt like they were just as excited about my special day as I was. The day of, I got so many compliments on the food, and when my husband and I were coming around to greet everyone, plates were CLEAN! My husband and I got the steak and lobster upgrade and honestly it was one of the highlights of the night, I wish I could eat it again! I would HIGHLY recommend KCI!

From our very first tasting, we knew KCI was the right caterer for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and Jordan and his team were so friendly and welcoming. KCI exceeded our expectations in every way. They were always willing to accommodate our needs and make sure we were happy with everything. Their communication was exceptional, always responsive, organized, and on top of things. On our wedding day, the food was amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests. The setup the team created was beautiful and exactly what we requested. We truly felt taken care of throughout the entire process and couldn’t have asked for a better team!

KCI has been amazing to work with for our wedding! Choosing a caterer was a tough decision, but they helped us work out every little detail. We did our food tasting yesterday, and the food is incredible. A huge shoutout to Hanna, who we worked with directly. She is incredibly flexible, quick on her feet, and goes out of her way to make sure everything will be perfect for our big day. She made us feel so comfortable. We are very happy with their service!

We really like KCI. Jordan did an amazing job planning, guiding us through the experience, and preparing the tasting event. I also really like that they were able to accommodate some of my vegetarian friends on the spot without needing to pay extra on the contract. Our guests thought the food was delicious so thank you for all of your hard work.

Jordan and his team were truly incredible to work with from start to finish! They were so accommodating and worked closely with us to create the perfect wedding menu that fit exactly what we envisioned. Throughout the entire planning process, they were responsive, professional, and made everything feel so easy. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We are still getting compliments from our guests weeks later about how delicious everything was! On the wedding day, everything was beautifully presented, served seamlessly, and tasted amazing! Jordan and his team exceeded every expectation we had, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!!
