We booked KCI because a friend of mine used them as well and had great things to say. We were blown away, the food was better than our tasting. Jordan was super easy to work with and kept us on schedule with making decisions. He was very very accommodating and met all dietary requirements for our guests. For how disorganized we were, he made everything come together like a dream. Big big fan and would recommend to anyone!

I first experienced KCI Hospitality while working a wedding as off-duty security. That night, I had a meal they catered and I remember thinking that if I ever got married, I would want them to cater my wedding. At the time, I wasn’t even engaged yet, but their professionalism and the quality of their service left a lasting impression on me. A year and a half later, that moment came full circle, and KCI Hospitality catered my own wedding. Prior to that, they treated my fiancé and I as family. From tastings to exceptionally responsive and detailed communication, they were everything I remembered and more. Their team was efficient, hospitable, and professional in both their appearance and demeanor. They carried themselves with confidence and kindness, and their service was seamless from start to finish. It meant so much to have a team that not only delivered exceptional food, but also created an experience that matched the importance of the day. I trusted their staff so much that I hired them for bartending services, too, and they delivered! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

From the beginning planning to the final execution, KCI was outstanding. The communication was top notch, the food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the little above and beyond details they did to make the party personalized were not only unexpected, but thoughtful, creative, and made the evening just that much more special. Each person on the team treated my party as if it was their own event. There is a reason why people consistently give 5 stars. It’s not too good to be true. In a day an age where customer service is sub-par and quantity over quality is the standard, KCI stands alone. Absolutely SUPERB!! Great job!

Jordan and his team were top-notch pros at the tasting. The deal was made after I took the first bite of ceviche. Every bite was delicious.Our guests all raved that the food was the best catered meal they had eaten at a wedding. The staff were super friendly and worked to the last minute blessing us with their hospitality.

KCI was able to meet all of our dietary restrictions while maintaining a delicious menu for our wedding! The food was fresh as KCI had their own setup to cook everything on-site at the venue. We highly recommend KCI!!

Truly the best catering company I have hired. We host many parties throughout the year and I have never had such professionalism from the other side. From the first phone call and picking out the right menu items to the delivery, every team member was wonderful to work with.Jordan, the team member for delivery and set up was great. He helped me get all the food displayed properly and took trash with him so I did not have to deal with it before guest arrived.
