Brought a pc in because it wasn’t displaying anything despite replacing power supply and troubleshooting for days. After bringing it in and explaining the issue they had diagnosed the problem with in a few hours. It turned out the motherboard was damaged where the cpu sits due to our own fault. They ordered a new motherboard and said we didn’t have to pay for it unless we wanted to use it and as soon as it arrived they confirmed it was the motherboard and had everything fixed with in a few hours. Fast service, easy to understand, and great communication. Would recommend for any computer repair

The owner was very nice and patient while I looked at different laptops. I had an older one I didn't know what to do with and he helped me figure out what was wrong with it. I love that he has a help a single parent program as well. We will be back if we need computer repair or upgrade.

This was definitely one of the best customer service experienced I’ve had. My email was hacked about a week ago. Microsoft was absolutely NO help!! Not only did they get my email back up and working, they even identified the hacker. This father/son duo comes together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Old school meets new school, put them together you have an unbeatable team. From the moment I walked in it was first class service!! Take it from a customer service connoisseur don’t waste time searching they are the best in my opinion.
