Thanks Steve, for being there for us! Co-worker recommended checking with you for my wanting to recycle, and not just dump, an old television. Even though your nice Nova Assistant told me I couldn't recycle that at your place, I persisted, telling her I needed to speak to a rep, and Steve picked up the phone and talked to me.Saying, YES, they will accept the old tube type of TVs or computer monitors, and let me know I could even toss in old cables and such, explaining their trailer and containers for smaller items. Highly recommend! Steve was able to recover 1.6 TB of data from my wife's failing external HDD. He also provided advice on back up options and explained the pros/cons of the different types of physical drives vs cloud storage. I wouldn't hesitate to return for any computer issues in the future!

I came in because I was literally moving out of the country in a few days and my laptop's screen broke. My laptop was my only way of doing school work so between that and all that comes with an overseas military move, taking this off my plate for me was incredibly helpful. He replaced my screen and it was ready in only two days! Super friendly and great customer service. Can't recommend enough!
