The gentleman was very upfront and honest about it not being repairable. I dropped it off in the evening and I had a text the next morning. He was able to get me set up with a laptop right there in his shop and ive had no issues. He listened to my issue, and didn't make me feel stupid even though I'm pretty clueless when it comes to technology and fixing it lol. Thank you again for all your help and great customer service!!! I will be returning for all my laptop repair and replacement needs!

The owner was super honest and upfront about everything. Instead of trying to make money off me, he told me exactly what was wrong and even explained how I could fix it myself. I followed his advice, and it actually worked. He didn't charge me anything for the help either.You don't find people like that very often anymore. It's obvious he actually cares more about helping people than making a quick buck. If I ever have another computer problem, this is the first place I'm going. He kinda reminds me of the computer repair guy from smiling freinds he could literally fix anything.

The person that tried to fix my computer doesn’t have good people skills and has passive aggressive attitude and the prices are way too high. I find another place where stuffs will be more nice.

Stopped by with my laptop that steadily was not working. Steve looked at it and found it was a problem with my anti-virus. 10 minutes later and everything was back up to speed, thanks Steve!

Steve was very knowledgeable on the operations of Windows 11 and was able to successfully reinstall my operating system. As a fellow veteran, I will be taking my computer woes to him in the future.
