So a friend recommended Triple D to me as I was having issues with my septic system. They were willing to come same day or even on Saturday without charging the OT rate, but since our system was still draining, just slowly, I opted to wait until Monday. I was at work when they came, but they were polite and communicative with my wife and she kept me informed. They fixed it quickly and it was less than $400. They cut me a break because I had already dug up one of the inspection hatches, and they had located the other with County drawings and didn't charge extra. Brent was very attentive and communicated daily with me on how the project was going.
