Second year using SafeSpray and we couldn’t be happier. Living at the lake, we seemed to always have more than our share of flying pests, especially mosquitoes and no see ‘ums.After treatment it was so nice to be able to relax on the deck with no bug spray or buzzing.We will continue to use them next year as well!This is a third year addendum… We are still extremely pleased with safe spray and are continuing to use them around our home here at Lake Martin. Our most recent interaction came yesterday, when Jake came to spray our lawn for mosquitoes and fleas and other pests. We expressed some concern with some of the weather we’ve had lately leaving wet areas where bugs could breed. Jake took the initiative to inspect our entire yard, walking the property looking for problem areas. He then extensively treated the areas and then checked in with us to see if we had any other concerns or problems he could address for us.This level of professionalism and commitment is rare these days. We have had numerous technicians come out that do quite a good job… That being said, Jake was exemplary in his professionalism, attention to detail, and the completion of a very thorough job.We are still impressed with safe spray, even more so, and encourage others to check them out. It appears we are lifelong customers!This is a fourth year addendum to an ongoing review of safe-spray. While we have been extremely pleased in the past, and we’ve had some exemplary service that we have noted, today was a different story. Another technician was due earlier in the week. After checking with safe spray, they informed us that they were rescheduling our appointment, and this morning Cedric showed up early, made it a point to speak with me, and listened to my concerns about our property, and the pests that were currently bothering us. After listening to this, Cedric took the lead, and did an outstanding job covering our property while ensuring that things like delicate trees, and our autos were not contaminated with any overspray. He then met me outside with an after action report and showed me everything that he had done. Employees, like Cedric, are very much worth great retention efforts. He went above and beyond what was asked of him, was extremely professional, and made me feel like he listened to all of my concerns, and acted upon them to the best of his ability. Once again, safe spray has done what they said they would do… Take care of our property, provide exemplary service with professional people and top quality materials. well done!And now… a year 5 addendum.Our service tech Nalijah let me know he was on his way earlier this week, unfortunately when he arrived we were experiencing a wind event here at Lake Martin. He courteously explained that spraying was not going to happen and that he would reschedule our treatment as soon as possible. He arrived a second time…just as we had an unexpected thunderstorm! Once again he assured us that he would return as soon as the weather turned warm. Literally later that same day (that’s how thunderstorms can be here) he returned, walked the property with me and then, following all of my instructions, treated the property thoroughly with a high degree of professionalism and exhibited a great attitude as well. Still…very pleased with this company!03-23-2026 another season and another outstanding job done by safe spray. Our technician, Nelijah Heard, is back for another season with us. The thing that we like about having him again is that he knows us, knows our property, and when he gets here, he knows exactly what to do. He always checks in to see if anything has changed to address. Any issues I might have with anything around my property and always shows great professionalism attention to detail and does a very thorough job. Before we used safe spray life here at the lake was nice, the insects were not! Now that we’ve used safe spray for so many years in a row. Life is wonderful here at the lake and the insects are never a bother!

Nick Scott did a fantastic job treating my yard for insect pests. This included treating my drainage ditch to kill mosquitos. Very courteous an easy to talk to. I highly recommend SafeSpray.

Safe Spray is a company I’d recommend to anyone who needs this type of service. They are always willing to answer questions and keep me informed of what is planned. A representitive named Austin Carver was at my home today and was very well mannered and kind. He made sure I was getting everything I needed done today before ever starting the treatment at my home. He did an amazing thorough job!!Really appreciate the GREAT customer service!!!

Darius did a wonderful job taking care of issues we had on his recent visit. He even went above and beyond and climbed on a ladder so he could better reach an issue we had with bees around a couple of windows. He was professional, knowledgeable, truly cared about our service. Always a great experience with SafeSpray. All of the technicians are wonderful, timely, and communicative. Whenever I have any pest issues, the company is extremely responsive over email/phone and come out immediately which is really appreciated. Stephen helped us out today and did a great job.
