From the moment Sylvia and I walked in, we were welcomed right away. Joe walked us through each and every step in complete detail and made sure we thoroughly understood everything before moving forward. Sylvia was initially nervous, but I truly appreciate how Joe took her under his wing and guided her through the entire process with patience and confidence. On top of the excellent instruction, Joe was also taking photos for us throughout the session and delivered all of them almost instantly after our firearm training was over—at no extra cost to us! Who does that? Joe does! Additionally, the training videos with Ray from Tampa Carry were super engaging and highly informative—this is definitely not your typical boring training video! I have now taken several lessons from Joe over the course of many months, they have all been fantastic each one building in the last. Joe keeps pushing me to learn new and more difficult skills which is just what I want.
