We recently worked with Liko to re-tile our bathroom and would gladly work with him and his team again. Liko is professional and very easy to work with throughout the process. He communicates his schedule with you in advance, provides sound advice on style and function, and remained thorough from preparation to clean-up.We especially appreciated his attention to detail, both on the tiling itself, and on the communication with the plumber and glass specialist. Everything turned out perfectly and within the estimated budget set at the beginning of the project. He was also great with our dog, which made everything that much smoother. Liko (Nalutile) has done several projects for me. First he and his crew replaced all the flooring on the main level (~2000 sf) of my home with floating wide-board engineered hardwood in 2018. The job took two days start to finish and the end result still delights me 8 years later. The demolition of the existing carpet, glued down hardwood, and ceramic tile was done with no damage to anything that wasn’t being replaced and the finish work, including quarter round trim, was done perfectly.In 2022 Liko did a bathroom remodel for another one of my properties, including tile floor and shower with niche. The grout lines and tile work was top notch and turned out just like we imagined.And lastly, in 2025 Liko did a kitchen subway tile backsplash for me. He consulted on the trim and grout colors and even helped me decide which tile to go with. The backsplash made the kitchen look next-level.All jobs were done quickly and professionally. He’s easy to work with, cleans up the work space at the end of every day, is dependable and has fair prices! His work gave my spaces a refreshed modern and stylish look. Highly recommend!!!
