I told them we are highly motivated to schedule the work. They sent me a price and we agreed to move forward. I waited a week for a phone call for them to schedule a measure at our home so we could move forward with placing the carpet on ... More

I contacted them with a link to a carpet from their website that I was interested in purchasing, along with a PDF floor plan of our home with exact dimensions. I told them we are highly motivated to schedule the work. They sent me a price and we agreed to move forward. I waited a week for a phone call for them to schedule a measure at our home so we could move forward with placing the carpet on order. They never called. I reached out to the sales person a few times and still, no one called. I found another local company who came the next day to measure and our carpet install was scheduled on the spot for three days later. The company we are using is half the price of what was quoted to us by Carpet One. I got the feeling that we are "small potatoes" in their eyes and not worth their time. Message received. Less

Don’t ever use this store! I was sold a rug and the binding is falling off after 6 months but the salesman sold me by saying the sisal would last 20 years! They restitched the binding and it fell off again. The owner said it was because of the door sweeping over it and foot traffic. I was so disguested after spending a lot of money. Another store on Jobs lane fixed it for me and did a great job.... More
