Service was fine but damn they won’t let up on the emails asking for a review afterwards. We’ve been on the road on a cross country move and have been occupied but I swear about every damn day they send an email asking for a review like they have a bee in their bonnet. Chill.

I called very last minute in Dec desperate to have the carpets cleaned before Christmas and not only did they get right back to me, they came on a Saturday! Very professional and detailed both the carpets and large sectional! I was so very pleased. I will definitely be using Chavez services again
