Our office needed a light switch fixed in our gym. It turned out there was further issues with the wires to the light not being properly grounded before we moved into this building. I have used DEREK on multiple occasions, as well as have referred him to many of my clients as I am a Realtor. His work is professionally done to meet all code specifications as well as he’s creative to determine the best most cost efficient way to do things. I had a clients home that was built in the 50s that did not have the correct grounding and he was able to re-do the entire house to code using a alternative method that saved the client thousands of dollars. He is amazing at his job and knows his craft very well. I look forward to using him for my own needs as well as my clients needs in the future.

Derek started off only with job but eventually I asked him to install the car charger, add a GFCI outlet and install and an induction cooktop. The induction cooktop was pretty challenging but Derek came up with solutions for all installations. Derek was friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I’d recommend Derek/Nuance who want quality work done.Update 8/29/25:I had another job for Derek/Nuance and he came out to hardwire 3 floodlights and 1 floodlight/cam at our house. Derek installed everything expertly, safely and neatly. Derek went through the attic to get the right electric wiring in place and made sure all outside wall fixtures were done professionally! Will always hire Derek if I can. Note that this was an all day affair with ladders, an apprentice and workbenches!Update 12/6/25Derek came out and installed two Ring low voltage transformers inside the garage by providing power and routing the low voltage from outside to inside the garage. It was a professional job and the transformers are protected from elements and tampering.
