Our office needed a light switch fixed in our gym. It turned out there was further issues with the wires to the light not being properly grounded before we moved into this building. I have used DEREK on multiple occasions, as well as have referred him to many of my clients as I am a Realtor. His work is professionally done to meet all code specifications as well as he’s creative to determine the best most cost efficient way to do things. I had a clients home that was built in the 50s that did not have the correct grounding and he was able to re-do the entire house to code using a alternative method that saved the client thousands of dollars.
