I only have great things to say about my experience coming in here, as well as with the employees that I have interacted with.An especially notable experience was lately, when I called the shop, and Mario helped me in answering all of my questions before I made my decision to head over.Because I wasn’t entirely clear about some of the mechanics of my device (nor even sure if I was correct about what I needed), Mario answered what he was able to from that information so that I felt confident enough I’d find a solution of sorts.When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the manager Anthony, who got right to helping me with what I was looking for.Both him and Mario were far more knowledgeable about the products they sell than any place I know of around here—and then some—so I was glad I came in.Though I wasn’t able to find the part for my product (which I wasn’t surprised, it is outdated and there are just better models out there now), Anthony still helped me to leave there, now a loyal customer, with a happy resolveIt’s been some time, but I’ve called a couple more times recently with questions about particular inventory again, and Roberta and Landon were both so helpful in answering my questions and, sure enough, it wasn’t hard to convince me to head on over and check it out.Thought I would leave this review before I’m on my way!Thanks, y’all!
