We had a bit of an emergency, the bathroom light went out on Friday night. I booked in for repair with our property manager & unfortunately for us Dr Sparks had a long waiting queue.I called Nathan on Wednesday as it was getting quite critical being one of the main rooms in the unit. Nathan said the earliest he could book us in was the following Monday. After explaining the situation he put us on a priority list for if a cancellation or no show occurred. I got a call the next morning & it was fixed by lunchtime... Brilliant... Top service... Great to no longer be pooping in the dark!

Choose them. Our building has had two unrelated electrical problems this week and Dr. Sparks attended both. The first was with Josh who attended so quickly after the call was made late at night to address the complete loss of power to one apartment. Great analysis and cost effective solution.And today, it was my apartment. I couldn’t recommend Nathan more strongly. Again, the problem was fixed simply, quickly and cheaply. Immediate focus and onto it.Both men skilled and thoughtful. We have used Dr Sparks before and they are always like this. Plus, they have a female apprentice. That is another reason to appreciate and recommend this company.
