I had such a wonderful experience with Erica at Carmel Groom! I had a long-scheduled grooming appointment that day, and when my original groomer was no longer available, Erica truly stepped in and saved the day. Rather than having me cancel and reschedule, she worked with me to coordinate a time that same day to take care of Gideon.From the moment we walked in, Erica was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him. She took her time, paid attention to his individual needs, and made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and caring demeanor immediately put me at ease.And the finished result was amazing — honestly, one of the best haircuts Gideon has ever had! Erica did a fantastic job, and it was very clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She was professional, accommodating, and wonderful from start to finish.I’m so appreciative that she stepped in for us, and I would absolutely recommend Erica to anyone looking for a groomer who is talented, patient, and truly cares about your dog. 🐶❤️
