Both my washing machine and dishwasher went out at the same time. The first repair company a called said the part for my washing machine was no longer available and I’d need to buy a new one. He replaced a part in my dishwasher but the dishwasher stopped working almost immediately because the code had not been reset.DT said the washing machine part WAS available and replaced it. The code for my dishwasher was reset and the drain checked out to be sure it was clear.

Excellent service! They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Reasonable service all fee, very important to me. They provided excellent recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated their professionalism and integrity. Definitely recommend!

DT Appliance were simply fabulous. Their tech went to measure the cooktop glass.Told me the model number to buy and after I purchased they collected the glass from the store and placed on my range. 2 months later my tenants complained of an issue which was not valid. They came without a fuss and looked at it and found nothing to address. I was amazed at the integrity of this company. Thank you!
