Yeah I'm taking my review back and giving an update!!! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. The car salesman himself Patrick really is the best however the actual vehicles, service repair shop and their finance company not so much. So I got my first vehicle back in October 2025 3 days later transmission went completely out. I had to wait several days close to a week for their Service shop to look at it. Was told I couldn't get a loaner until they looked at it, then service said they actually had no loaner vehicles available. So maybe 2 in a half weeks later they finally decided I could just switch the vehicle out as their own warranty department wasn't gonna replace the transmission. So find a ride back up there and get another vehicle. From day One it did not have A/C. The service dept told me to schedule an appointment for it to be serviced for free. Several weeks later after work I take the vehicle up there wait for 4 hours in the waiting room just to have them tell me they couldn't figure out why the A/C didn't work that I'd have to schedule another appointment but only after the first of the year as they were completely booked up. Now comes first of March I'm in OKC one day vehicle stalls out on the Highway won't accelerate or go over 40 mph so I pull over off sw 74th and may. Call the key and the Service dept explains to me that even though the Vehicle which I've only had for maybe 4 months is under warranty that to have it towed back to their shop a few blocks away isn't covered first off I'd be paying close to 200 for that tow. So now I'm stranded up there have to find a way back home as I live towns away. It took service well over a week in a half to finally look over the vehicle and tell me that their mechanic believed it was a $600 fuel pump but that they wouldn't even start working on the vehicle until I paid for the repair up front because well what do you know that repair was also not covered by their warranty. Also just like the last time they don't have a loaner car available there all loaned out. So I'm stuck without a vehicle no way around and they call me to say your payments now due. Well frick I tried to explain to her how do you get around and even make money to pay the car if you don't have a car?????? So fast forward to about 3 weeks later finance calls me to ask me if I could just at least pay for half the repair up front so they can start working on the vehicle they're not even going to order the parts for the vehicle until I pay for it. So I explained to the lady that I got paid within the next two weeks. She told me okay that was fine. Then I received a letter like few days later stating my vehicle would be coming up for Auction soon like April 15th because I broke my promise to them by not paying my car note. Never heard anything else from the Key. Obviously I can't afford to go on a whim and repair a vehicle I've had for a few months after being down from the first vehicle BS from them and also pay this like $625 car note a month on top of that. I'm having to pay out of my pocket to get a ride back n fourth to work or grocery store whatever in the meantime. So it would of been like $1225 that month plus the tow fee for a vehicle with no A/C mind you on top of the extra taxi fare to continue to get to work. So clearly I didn't have that as I'm single which they knew cause I didn't even have a co signer. I ended up receiving two letters in the mail in the same envelope one letter saying that actually the car was sold in the middle of April already and that any belongings that were left in the vehicle were basically wrote off as abandoned and disposed of. Then the second letter stated that I still owe them like $15,000 after the car auctioned off. So 2 cars in a span of 4 months both of which broke down, I even did their refer a friend program and got 2 separate referrals for them and I owe y'all 15,000 still??? 😂
