If I could put zero stars I would. I bought a car from them way back in 2013 13 YEARS AGO, not long after I purchased the car they sold the car to another company where I continued to make payments. After paying of the car guess who won't release the title KEY!!!! They say I need proof from the company that I paid the car off but the company has since closed, every other car lot I speak to says this means key didn't handle all of the paperwork correctly at the time of sale because when they sold the car they should have cleared the lien with the other company. Since the other company has closed they are holding my title hostage to where I can't junk it or anything and it's just sitting in the yard racking up fees for being there. Who the hell has ever heard of a 13yr car note? If it wasn't paid off by now it would be repossessed, they are holding my car hostage because they messed up and all I want to do is get rid of it. If anyone knows how I can hold them legally responsible please let me know.

*update* Tony and Danny were able to get me into a new car and trade out my Volkswagen w no money down. I am very pleased with the GM & Danny on assisting me into a new vehicle given my previous situation. Danny was great when he sold me the Jeep Saturday & very informative and also had given input on each vehicle on the lot even though there wasn’t a ton to choose from due to tax season i was able to find a nice jeep and have my monthly payments lower than my original vehicle. Vicky & Tim are also really understanding in the service department and have always tried to help where they can & make sure i am being informed with my vehicle being serviced. They handled my situation professionally after explaining what had happened with the last vehicle. I really appreciate this business for working with me and also finding a resolution to my problem.
