Alex was great process went smooth he accommodated all my needs and want far as vehicles. After getting my car the next day it had transmission issues. They fixed the issue took 2 months ,while given a loaner. But I didn’t get to enjoy my car while not having to worry bout my tags being due. I had to get tags for a car that I didn’t have yet anymore. They asked me did I want to pick a different car or fix that one. I felt like they was just gone remove the issue lights and put it back on the lot. I just feel like car shld of went thru diagnostic before selling and not just removing the issue lights off the dash then selling the car. And don’t use auto finance that financial company is bad. You can have a payment due that day and they gone call you bout 6/7 times if you need to set up a late payment for a couple days due to pay dates or emergency situation they need documentation of why. Or they can’t set up a promise to pay. They all in your personal business without a resolution for just a promise to pay like they don’t have a track on the car what more documentation shld be needed.

So I had Alex as a salesman. And that that’s exactly what he was a salesman. I scheduled my appointment for one day and He kept reaching out to me to come in earlier Said he would give me a good deal because it was the end of month. So I came in earlier and he did not give me a deal. Instead of paying 300 every two weeks for my car, I’m paying 290 every two weeks from my car. Still the same amount for the car. No deal. As well as the car was on E And he told me to drive it around the parking lot on E. Then he sent someone to put gas in it. And they put one bar above E. So the car was basically still on E when I purchased the vehicle. Don’t get me wrong. Alex was very kind and knowledgeable. But I also feel like they are car sales men so they are playing a game to win. At the end of the day, it was a commission check for him. I also did not like how there was a tire pressure warning on the car lit, And instead of Fixing it immediately, he said they did not have time, but that I could schedule an appointment for it to be fixed. But they want you to buy it immediately and do it on their time. Overall, I got me another car from them, I’ve had it for two days and I love it so far. But just the experience itself is why I only gave two stars. I would recommend not telling people that you’re going to give them a deal if you’re not going to give them a deal.
