DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! explanation- i originally bought a car from them, by the time i got the vehicle home, it had 4 different lights come on in the dash. i brought the car back, they put it in the shop. (refused to give me a different car at this point). i got the car back, same thing happened except then it started overheating. took the car back again and was finally allowed a different car, the sales rep that helped me tried to pressure me into buying a obviously messed up car, he was very rude and unprofessional. (there was also another customer there going through the same situation as me, had to return her newly bought car for the same reason). he kept telling both of us about how he didn’t want to deal with our situations because he wasn’t making any money off of it bc he didn’t sell us the cars. fast forward to after i finally got a decent car. even it HAD PROBLEMS, i called the next morning after the opened and asked to speak with the manager ( he never even called me back) the service dept told me i was out of luck because they WOULDNT fix it. the auto finance usa system is a joke. i’m not even 24hours day late on the payment and they are calling my phone every 5 minutes, LITERALLY. (my paycheck hasn’t arrived yet) and all in all. PLEASE DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. carmart would treat their customers better. every single person i’ve dealt with from THE KEY DEALERSHIP has been a complete rude joke of a person. PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS. THE REVIEWS ARE VERY TRUE AND I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!
