We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was decent. While reaching the beachfront involves navigating quite a few stairs, it was manageable. The gym was compact, which was fine, though maintaining it better would enhance the experience as it had a slightly odd smell. All in all, our stay was great, and we would gladly be back in the future. Less

We were a group of 12 traveling late January, with 3 seniors and 4 children. Pinnacle made it so easy to book with them, accommodating our requests such as ground floor access rooms and helping us finalize a booking that better fits our budget. On top of the wonderful pre-stay arrangements, our flight suddenly got cancelled and we had to arrive a day late. Pinnacle was very very kind to not charge us for day 1. They really are so easy to talk to and their flexibility made our trip more smooth sailing. And their place is very nice! Their location in station 1 is just after Discovery so it's a very quiet area. The rooms are big and spacious, the breakfast is delicious. Plus i loved the pools! So relaxing. Pinnacle has my loyalty now and I will always choose to book with them (direct! Tip: you cab chat them on Messenger). Special mention to Phoebe who was really amazing at handling our booking. Less

I am very satisfied with the Pinnacle resort. I can start from the staff who are very nice and smiling and they were the first impression, they made us feel at home. Also, the comfort, especially my room, it was the best room ever, and the cleanliness, everything was at an enviable level. The overall service was excellent, especially the super friendly service from the hotel front desk and the shuttle driver, which made our stay incredibly pleasant. Even after returning home, we still have fond memories of our experience. Although the small bottle of conditioner went missing after housekeeping on the last day, it was just a minor issue that didn’t affect our overall impression. Highly recommend this hotel! Less

Stayed here while visiting for a wedding at The Lind. Great option for something in a lesser expensive price point. Super easy walk to The Lind and the beach. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Having the breakfast option was super convenient for the mornings—it wasn’t amazing but it was serviceable & the options varied each day. We were also able to book all of our inner-island travel through the hotel as well. I’d recommend starting those emails early as the van to ferry to van experience to and from the airport was a bit overwhelming for someone unfamiliar with it. Only negatives I had was the beds are quite firm and our shower sometimes struggled to drain but overall it was a pleasant experience. Less
