The girl who did my facial was Carley, and she was SO good at her job. They give you a wrap towel to change into, and the bed you lay on is warm and heated. I have never been so pampered, and I can see why people do this regularly. The upper body massage, from the face to the neck to the upper back to the arms to the hands, while cleansing and moisturizing almost put me to sleep. After dermaplaning, the skin on my face felt like a baby's bottom. The chemical peel was a bit uncomfortable (it's supposed to be tingly), so I don't think I would get this part again. My face was absolutely glowing after the facial and even the next day! Less

The first went well and a month later I went in for my second treatment. My second facial was extremely painful and I had to ask the esthetician to stop several times. I was horrified to find several burns on my face after the treatment was completed, including one that created a puss filled blister that was larger than a pencil eraser, a burn on the side of my nose and a L shaped burn on my forehead. I reported this to Gangnam and they not only denied any wrongdoing but also said these are not burns at all. Unfortunately I now have permanent scarring on my face, which I have circled in one of my photos. I gave them an opportunity to make it right but their solution was to try to sell me skincare to fix their mistakes. Please learn from my mistake and avoid this vendor at all costs. Also, please look at the reviews. Many are from outside of the US, and clearly not real. Less

Jamie and Carley are unbelievably good too, they all are but those I can attest too!! All treatments are 1000x better here than other locations. So far, I've met 4 staff members, which includes the owner herself. I haven't met the whole team just yet! They are all very knowledgeable and answer all the questions or concerns you may have. They are very easy to talk to, too. And the best part? No one judges you or your skin. They genuinely do care about your skin, not give you a bunch of products and send you on your way. They will tell you tips and tricks to care of your skin as a take-away. The spa itself is gorgeous, I really like how it looks inside! It's warm and inviting, and they greet you when you come in. It's clean and smells great. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and feels modern to me. They clean and change the sheets on their operating (for lack of a better word) beds as well. I appreciate the fact that they have the latest Korean skin-care technology and how they always keep their hands and tools clean before working on me. They always ask if I'm doing okay/how I feel throughout the facial. They take their time and focus on working the product(s) into your skin. Their prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of time and effort they give. They use amazing products, too. From what I've learned, they use natural products, nothing extremely harsh. As a person who really appreciates Korean skin care, this place is definitely my go-to and I'll refuse to go anywhere else. As for the progress of my skin, I've been seeing good results. My scars are slowly (but surely) fading away. My acne is finally under control. I know it takes time, but I've learned to take better care of my skin and give it time to heal. With the help of this spa and taking better care of myself as a whole, my skin is improving. I would and will recommend for anyone to go here!
