TOM CRM has replaced all six of those systems, while giving me even more functionality in one place.Tom and Tom have been incredibly supportive, taking the time to help configure the platform around the specific needs of my business. The system itself is intuitive, easy to use and already covers around 90% of everything I currently need.The built-in shop also meant I could move away from WooCommerce and Shopify, allowing me to keep my customer, sales and marketing data together on one platform. It even gives me the ability to build and manage multiple websites from the same system.TOM CRM is clearly a leading CRM platform.10/10 for the software and 10/10 for the support from the TOM CRM team.

I've been using TomCRM for 6 months now. Before I had dabbled with every CRM option out there, exhausting free trials to try out the features but never found a platform I felt fitted with my business requirements. I've been really pleased with TomCRM however, it's fully customisable and has allowed me to set up client journeys and manage creative projects in a way that works for me.
