Vivian and Andy were wonderful to work with. They installed solid timber blackbutt floors over our 60 year old pine floors. When I questioned things or had to reschedule due to unexpected issues they were so understanding and just easy to work with. They always showed up when they said they would and the team was very efficient and skilled. When getting quotes at other stores I had been told the stairs needed to be specially made in Sydney or that they couldn’t have anything but carpet put on them. But their team made our stunning stairs on site, with amazing detail. In all of our renovations, this solid timber floor is my favourite. I would absolutely recommend them.

Their team demonstrated impressive expertise, guiding us toward the best materials and options for our space. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process, and they kept us informed at every step. What stood out most was their adaptability—when we had to make a few plan adjustments along the way, they handled everything smoothly and without any hassle. The installation quality is top-tier, and the final result looks fantastic. Highly recommend Flooring2You for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable flooring professionals!

We walked into the store without knowing exactly what flooring we wanted, and Vivian made the whole experience so easy. Instead of trying to sell us the most expensive option, she first asked about our needs, our lifestyle, and the look we wanted for our home. She then recommended the flooring that suited us best, and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Her pricing was very reasonable, and she even helped source the exact colour we wanted directly from the manufacturer. From purchasing to installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The installation team did an excellent job, and the finished floor looks amazing. What impressed us even more was that Vivian continued to provide outstanding service after the installation. She took the time to explain how to properly care for our new flooring and shared useful maintenance tips to help keep it looking great for years to come.My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our new floors and the exceptional customer service we received. Vivian truly goes above and beyond, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality flooring and honest, professional advice. Thank you so much, Vivian!

A huge thank you for the fantastic flooring work and Andy and team! I chose hybrid planks for their durability and scratch resistance, and they look stunning. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and left no detail overlooked. It’s so easy to clean and truly brings the whole house together. The planks themselves look just like natural hardwood, but we have total peace of mind knowing they are 100% waterproof.
