I received a Hydrofacial by Radhika as I was struggling with Acne. The service was brilliant. She listened to my concerns and was able to provide the right solution. After one session my skin already appears brighter. Definitely recommend!

After being a loyal customer for more than two years, I suffered a serious incident during a recent laser session where my tattoo was burned.When I brought this significant issue to the staff’s attention, they offered me only a £40 discount, which is ridiculous given that it will cost me over £200 to repair my tattoo. I tried to speak with the manager for further discussion, but my efforts have been completely disregarded, and staff refused to provide any contact details.Moreover, the frequent turnover of staff and equipment results in inconsistent treatment results. This instability highlights a concerning lack of professionalism in their operations.My experience with Redhika Govindasamy has left me feeling discontented and let down, and I cannot endorse this beauty center.If you care about the quality of your treatments, I strongly recommend steering clear of this place. The staff are both incompetent and disorganized, which is unacceptable in an establishment that should be both professional and dependable.

I wouldn't recommendI booked and paid for tattoo removal at one branch, but was only informed after payment that the actual laser treatment would take place at a different location around 30 minutes away. This was not clearly explained before booking or paying.When I requested a refund for the tattoo removal sessions I couldn’t attend, I was told refunds were not allowed and was instead offered credit for other treatments, which I did not want.I found the lack of clear information upfront very frustrating and had to spend unnecessary time resolving the issue through my bank.I would advise others to ask very specific questions about treatment location and refund policies before paying.

Avoid Diamond Clinic – horrible facial scarringI had a treatment at Diamond Clinic with Dr Ifrah, and it left me with horrible scarring on my face. The doctor was not skilled and I deeply regret trusting them with needling on my skin.If you value your face, do not let this clinic use any type of needling. I’m extremely disappointed and will never return.

I get calls and messages every day. I've never seen such a mess in my life. I had an appointment with you. The lady who performed the procedure was very kind and understanding, and she knows her job. It's a shame the receptionists are ruining it all. I have another one booked, but if I receive another message or phone call from you asking if I want to make an appointment, it will be immediately deleted. Speaking politely to you doesn't help, so you keep doing it, so I'll cancel the appointment. Zero respect for privacy.
