Posting on behalf of my uncle who signed up for prp treatment alongside the recommended IV drips. After the 1st session he was feeling a bit unwell and decided to get full bloods done by his GP, this flagged dangerously high vitamin B12 levels. I emailed the clinic as they refused to give a refund. The clinic requested a doctors letter, i attached a text message from my GP stating i need to refrain from any more vitamin drips. I asked for a breakdown of what was in the drips and have now been ignored 3 times. This is concerning as he has paid for treatment he can no longer safely take. The package has been paid for in full. No one seems to care or take this seriously. He has gone back and forth to the clinic and is always directed to email his concern. But is ignored.

Not good results. And not good service. Not recommend the clinic and they accused me that I'm taking money. I got accused today I was asked to pay even more than the original price and I still accepted as part of professionalism. But unfortunately despite this the service is really bad. The manager was not on her time and the treatment was not done in a nice way and I'm not going to continue my treatment with them anymore.

My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. I did not achieve the results I expected from the treatment. Following the session, I noticed that the treated area became darker and the mark became more noticeable rather than improving.After I posted my review, the clinic contacted me and asked me to remove my review and comments, promising that they would look into the issue and resolve my concerns. I attended the appointment as requested to give them the opportunity to address the matter, but unfortunately, the visit was a waste of time and no actual solution was provided.I was simply told that the result was considered acceptable, despite my concerns and the changes I experienced after the treatment. I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed and that the focus was more on explaining the outcome or offering additional sessions rather than finding a genuine solution to the problem.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others.Thank you for your response.I attended the follow-up appointment in good faith after being contacted by the clinic and asked to return. Unfortunately, no solution was offered, and I was simply told that the outcome was considered acceptable. As a result, I no longer have confidence in receiving further treatment from your clinic.At this stage, I am not seeking further corrective treatment. I would like you to consider a refund in light of my experience and the fact that I have already given the clinic an opportunity to resolve my concerns without any meaningful outcome.I also feel that repeatedly asking me to contact the clinic and attend further appointments has not led to any real resolution. From my experience, these appointments have not addressed my concerns or changed the outcome, while your public responses continue to suggest that the issue is being actively resolved. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.I hope this matter can now be resolved fairly and professionally.

Following the session, I noticed that the treated area had become darker than before, and the mark had become more noticeable rather than improving.I also felt that the focus was placed more on selling additional sessions and requesting further payments, rather than properly addressing the issue or providing a clear explanation of the results.In addition, I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and I did not receive appropriate follow-up regarding the matter. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

“I underwent several treatments with Dr Ifra, and during my last session, I was advised to proceed with additional treatments quoted at £500. Subsequently, the amount was increased to £750, which I clearly did not agree to or authorize.Dr Ifra then used my phone to process a Klarna finance application. I was under the impression that the application was being made for £500 only. However, without my knowledge or informed consent, an application for £750 was submitted instead.When I refused to proceed with the increased amount, I was informed that the Klarna application had not been approved. Despite this, I later discovered that Klarna has been charging me repayments for treatments that I neither agreed to nor received.”

I was originally booked with another clinic but decided to come here after being told they would price match Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointingWhen I arrived, the clinic appeared very poorly maintained didn’t look clean or hygienic at all. For a place offering IV drips this is especially concerning due to the risk of infection and contamination i will be in contact with CQC.I was also asked to pay a deposit upon arrival which had not been mentioned beforehand I had been told the consultation was free so I refused.During the consultation, the woman who introduced herself as the doctor with the head scarf was very difficult to understand and the price she quoted was extremely far higher than expected despite earlier assurances that they would match the price from the other clinic. When I raised this, I was told they could not match it.I then asked if she was GMC registered, and she seemed hesitant to answer, which raised further concerns. I later checked the register myself and could not find her listed, nor the other practitioners advertised as doctors or nurses. I had also asked about her qualifications and they are from Pakistan noting wrong with this but just be transparentWhen I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint, another staff member came forward, but the interaction was unprofessional she was chewing on something and had her AirPods in one ear when talking with me she did not resolve anything she couldn’t hold a conversation at all. I would not trust her to run a bath tub by herself let alone run a clinic she just told me simply to send an email and leave.Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about cleanliness, transparency, and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to carefully check credentials and consider other, more reputable clinics. I have official put a complaint to CQC and GMC
