My experience with this clinic in Wembley Central was extremely disappointing. I did not achieve the results that were promised or that I had expected from the treatment. Following the session, I noticed that the treated area had become darker than before, and the mark had become more noticeable rather than improving.I also felt that the focus was placed more on selling additional sessions and requesting further payments, rather than properly addressing the issue or providing a clear explanation of the results.In addition, I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and I did not receive appropriate follow-up regarding the matter. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

“I underwent several treatments with Dr Ifra, and during my last session, I was advised to proceed with additional treatments quoted at £500. Subsequently, the amount was increased to £750, which I clearly did not agree to or authorize.Dr Ifra then used my phone to process a Klarna finance application. I was under the impression that the application was being made for £500 only. However, without my knowledge or informed consent, an application for £750 was submitted instead.When I refused to proceed with the increased amount, I was informed that the Klarna application had not been approved. Despite this, I later discovered that Klarna has been charging me repayments for treatments that I neither agreed to nor received.”

I was originally booked with another clinic but decided to come here after being told they would price match Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointingWhen I arrived, the clinic appeared very poorly maintained didn’t look clean or hygienic at all. For a place offering IV drips this is especially concerning due to the risk of infection and contamination i will be in contact with CQC.I was also asked to pay a deposit upon arrival which had not been mentioned beforehand I had been told the consultation was free so I refused.During the consultation, the woman who introduced herself as the doctor with the head scarf was very difficult to understand and the price she quoted was extremely far higher than expected despite earlier assurances that they would match the price from the other clinic. When I raised this, I was told they could not match it.I then asked if she was GMC registered, and she seemed hesitant to answer, which raised further concerns. I later checked the register myself and could not find her listed, nor the other practitioners advertised as doctors or nurses. I had also asked about her qualifications and they are from Pakistan noting wrong with this but just be transparentWhen I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint, another staff member came forward, but the interaction was unprofessional she was chewing on something and had her AirPods in one ear when talking with me she did not resolve anything she couldn’t hold a conversation at all. I would not trust her to run a bath tub by herself let alone run a clinic she just told me simply to send an email and leave.Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about cleanliness, transparency, and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to carefully check credentials and consider other, more reputable clinics. I have official put a complaint to CQC and GMC

This doctor injected hydraulic acid into my breasts causing damage to one of my breasts the result was visible straight after the treatment and As weeks went on the breast deteriorated. It’s against medical practice to inject that into breasts, him and the clinic and vile people ruining lives I’ve been in hospital with the pain and suffering for weeks. After being a loyal customer for more than two years, I suffered a serious incident during a recent laser session where my tattoo was burned.When I brought this significant issue to the staff’s attention, they offered me only a £40 discount, which is ridiculous given that it will cost me over £200 to repair my tattoo. I tried to speak with the manager for further discussion, but my efforts have been completely disregarded, and staff refused to provide any contact details.Moreover, the frequent turnover of staff and equipment results in inconsistent treatment results. This instability highlights a concerning lack of professionalism in their operations.My experience with Redhika Govindasamy has left me feeling discontented and let down, and I cannot endorse this beauty center.If you care about the quality of your treatments, I strongly recommend steering clear of this place. The staff are both incompetent and disorganized, which is unacceptable in an establishment that should be both professional and dependable.
