Anthony and Will came to connect our air source heat pump and solar panels that had been fitted by Zing. They were efficient and very tidy on their work, and completely respectful working around my partner who is ill and several dogs. Very pleased with the solar PV system they installed on behalf of WarmaUK under an ECO4 grant. They carefully attended to every detail, and were very responsive to customer input. The panels originally supplied were not the all-black ones we had specified, but they immediately organised a correct replacement without fuss. The panels are neatly installed on two separate roofs (looking quite harmonious), and the extensive internal wiring has been completed neatly and unobtrusively, despite having to negotiate three substantial stone walls. The lead electrician set up the FoxCloud 2.0 monitoring app for us. It gives a brilliant picture of how the system is performing.
