I truly hate giving a business a low review, but this morning’s experience left me extremely frustrated. Based off the other reviews, you can tell they do an incredible job training, dogs, and love animals in general, which is fantastic. I tried calling a couple weeks ago to get information on training my retired show dog to be a therapy dog for hospitals and nursing homes and no one answered the phone. I immediately received a text with a link to sign up for a free assessment which I did. My appointment was 9 AM this morning. I called again this morning to confirm where to park as it was my first time visiting and no one answered. My dog and I “swam” our way there,since Denton is finally getting much needed rain, only to be told they didn’t see my appointment in their system. The Trainer was going to come up anyhow, and I asked the young lady if I could ask him questions and possibly save him a trip to the facility to which he told her to answer the questions and hung up. She gave a few generic answers. I still do not have the answers I need. I do not know how many sessions my dog will need nor how much it will cost based off of what she already knows which is why I booked the appointment and I had hoped to speak to the young man on the phone this morning. All I got today was wet and frustrated. I would have called and had a conversation about my experience today, but nobody answers the phone. It’s almost like the universe is saying not to train my dog for the elderly.

We had a beyond great experience with this training program (train and board). We will definitely be using their in home services later on too. We had a unique situation where I’m in a wheelchair part time and especially when walking our dog. They tailored our dogs training and went as far as to bring a wheelchair in to their facility to help my dog get used to it while she was there training. This training made it possible for my dog and I to both navigate my special needs together. We could not be more happy with them. We will definitely be bringing back any other future dogs we may have. The trainers were so sweet and calming as my dog is more on the timid side because of where she was rescued. I was able to notice a difference in my dogs behavior and confidence within the very first week. I also appreciate their training methods and think it’s definitely the way to go. If you are not using their services, what in the world are you waiting for!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Quinntastic and the 4 weeks of training Tova completed! Because Tova is a small breed and was only 5 months old, I really appreciated being able to drop her off and pick her up each day rather than having her stay overnight. I did have to leave her overnight twice, and I was especially appreciative of the late-night communication and updates that reassured me she was doing just fine. From the beginning, Quinn took the time to understand Tova and the areas we wanted to work on, and we saw such a positive change in her behavior and confidence. Tova came home happy and excited each day, and it was clear she was getting plenty of individual attention and care. We also really appreciated the communication, updates, and guidance on how to continue reinforcing everything she learned at home. Tova has made tremendous progress with her manners, listening, and overall behavior, and we feel so much more confident moving forward with her training. We would absolutely recommend Quinntastic to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable trainer who truly gets to know the dog and their family!

Quinn and his team are exceptional! Recommended by our vet, Quinntastic didn’t disappoint.We gave them a tough assignment: help us get our 5-month old Doberman a manageable state!!! They were effective patient and kind. Baron looked forward to his time at ‘school’The trainers were very communicative, informative, experienced and patient. We got multiple daily updates and detailed materials to reinforce their efforts for when he’s at home with us.We now need to continue to work with him to make it all worthwhile

Cannot thank the team at Quinntastic’s enough for getting our puppy trained up! We attended the 4-week puppy boot camp and watched our 4 month old doodle grow! We will be back for off the leash training soon! Highly recommend their training program after we visited 4 other training facilities this one came recommended by or vet! Thanks again Ally, Emily, and the rest of the team!
