I cannot speak highly enough of Beth, Stu and the whole Victory Lap family. If you are looking at reviews to help make up your mind if you should give them a go, I won’t make you read through my ramblings, it's a big old yes, you absolutely, 100% should! One of our friends recommended them when my husband was looking for options to work on his fitness, he was looking for small group PT that he could go to a few times a week and see progress. Not only has that happened he gets so much more out of it than just the fitness side.My journey was a little different. I needed something that I could do at home, to start with. We’re fortunate to have a bit of space and some equipment so Beth and Stu provided an at home training and short term nutrition schedule taking into account what we have available. It was challenging but incredibly rewarding and I love it so much I now do 2 home sessions, one small group PT (with an incredible bunch of humans) mid-week and a Hybrid class on a Saturday to really double down on the cardio side! Add in the monthly run club and I’m a fully paid up member of the VL fan club and what it can do for you physically and mentally in a brilliantly safe, non-judgemental and happy space. It’s the first time in a long time that I actually miss training when I can’t make it. I’ve never mastered nor really loved weights, but being in the Victory Lap environment has helped and encouraged me to just go for it, push myself and most importantly enjoy it while I’m doing it, and after almost a year I feel healthier and fitter than I have in a long time.I’m still very much on my journey but being able to approach it with the level of care, attention and support that Beth and Stu and to be honest everyone who we’ve met in and out of the sessions that is part of the VL family, I know I’m going to get there, build the habits and continue to enjoy the process.Thank you team, you’re a bunch of legends.
